"Good vicinity Very pleasant helpful staff Accomodation very good Good bar For a 4star hotel I would expect restaurant to be open at night - don't want to eat in a bar Need to look at H&S with showers. Have epilepsy - cannot have a bath. To climb over bath side with no grab handles is not a good idea. Difficult to get the shower working at an acceptable temp. Should have a walk in shower"

Poor soundproofing and also loose tap In Bathroom and bulb missing and woke up to water leaking from above through bathroom light. Checked out early due to lack of sleep by noise from above! "The location is excellent, outside areas a bit scruffy, but public inside areas all clean and very good. The place was let down by the bathroom which had mould on the bath sealant and the extractor fan did not work. The bed was very comfortable and we would have slept well if the next door room had not returned at 0100 and played music for an hour. Mainly a good stay considering the price we paid very good value for money and a good breakfast set up."
