Breakast was included and it was tasty and fresh. We are vegan and it is the best hotel breakfast we have had. But the thing that elevates it is the staff. So helpful, attentive, and friendly. However, shower room tired and needs refurb, the view is marred by old bits of wood and rubbish on the path outside the window. The surrounding gardens and access path need clearing of discarded equipment, and general rubbish. "
