The staff on reception were friendly, helpful and couldnt do enough to help, the room was "no frills" But everything you needed for a couple of nights. The health spa is a little dated and the additional use of the pool for swimming lessons made it a little less relaxing, but again staff were lovely

Wonderful Hotel… Few minor room issue

Booked a Suite which was large and lovely ( room 219 ) few minor things that could have been sorted was that the windows were unclean which spoilt the view, the toilet seat didn’t fit correctly and the headboard was over worn and needed replacing. None of this will deter us from returning and certainly did not annoy us enough to complain… it’s a wonderful hotel with great staff
