"Room spotless...staff helpful &lovely vegan breakfast personally not for me would of preferred veg sausage with hash brown alao fresh orange ...bar good friendly staff all round"

"Great hotel, with excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff team. Gorgeous food. Room with outstanding views. Saw Herons on the water from our room and Conwy castle. Access to waking into Conwy. Spa facilities very good, although pool would benefit from being larger as very busy so unable to swim. Would stay again :)"

"Clean, beautiful location with the wow factor. Beautiful park with walks and waterfalls with a feeling of seclusion for a perfect romantic getaway. Woodland spa suite with the hot tub was amazing and we cannot recommend it enough. Great location for portmerion, Snowdonia and beautiful beaches."
