"Week’s holiday with our dog. Cosy little cottage in a lovely little village with plenty of good walks from the door or nearby. Positives included the excellent welcome basket with lots of lovely goodies, kitchen was well supplied and they also provided dog bowls and toys. It was in a good location near the beach. Cafe on the seafront, plus fish & chip shop and Indian nearby. As the hosts state this is only suitable for 2 adults, but it’s comfortable and very clean."

Upstairs there is a private garden, with decking and big table and chairs, and lighting and heater, which was a fantastic surprise. The upstairs garden has great privacy, and feels very safe from the general public. Theres also a downstairs outdoor area, with table and chairs, which was nice, though quite a few spiders outside, so we avoided...

"Lovely warm property, well equipped kitchen, games to play and books to read. Great hosts there to show us around and let the kids feed the chickens, which they loved. Lovely little food parcel to welcome us which the kids loved dipping into. Beautifully clean and comfortable with extra blankets and throws for snuggling. We didn’t realise there was no bath when we booked which would have added to the experience and eased our muscles after hiking Snowdon but it is on the listing that it is shower...

"Clean and comfortable, well laid out accommodation with lots of little luxury touches. Bath salts and high quality toiletries and washing up products. Kitchen was fully equipped and a great space to bring the family together to eat and chat and plan our day trips. "I am a widower of a certain age and I found Ty Rhiannon an ideal place to stay but it would also be ideal for a couple without mobility issues given the stairs . For me personally I could not fault the accommodation in any shape or form which is homely , tastefully decorated , fully equipped with a spacious and comfortable bedroom I would certainly recommend it and would hope to return next year ."

"Lovely house with everything need for a large family group . Excellent range of kitchen equipment and light bright dining space,perfect for social dining and family time. "We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery!
