"Sofa bed was not probably made by staff on first night, requests to refill shower gel not addressed, breakfast is overpriced."

"Everywhere was very clean other than the bath sealant was black in places and the grout between the tiles over the shower was dirty due to constant use but needs to be addressed. I appreciate this can’t be dealt with by the everyday cleaning but needs a deep clean. Also mucky behind tap on the bath. All the staff were very nice, spoke to everyone and were very helpful. Breakfast was good with a good variety of options both on the buffet and to order. The bar looked good but we didn’t need to use it."
