"Lovely hotel and location was very pretty Staff are very friendly and kind and check in was easy and simple, food was tasty and drinks beds were comfy and amenities were very nice only downside was the walls were paper thin meaning our neighbours could be heard at 3am we managed to get a parking space we stayed in room.20"
St George's Hotel

"Booked this hotel mainly for the parking , as my husband is disabled unfortunately you had to pay £7.50 a night for thi privalige. The car park was round the back of the hotel and no where near a door to access the hotel so was quite a walk. The spaces were very tight which is ok if you have a small to medium car, but ours is quite a big one, so in the end we decided to park on the street, whch actually cost us nothing with my husband having a blue badge. Other than that the hotel was ok, we have stayed in better and we have stayed in worse. The beds were very comfy so couldnt fault that. Didnt realise we had to book the restaurant in advance so we missed out on eating there on the Friday night. The breakfast was ok ,the food was nice but would have preferred it to be self service. However dont think I would return to this hotel, mainly due to the parking issue."

"The Marine Hotel is a lovely hotel but of an earlier era so the corridors are windy and the rooms realtively small. The facilities are good and meals tasty."

"Staff were fantastic. The hotel is being refurbished bit by bit. Corridors were pretty grim, but had a refurbished bathroom, good beds and quality bedding and towels. The hotel was very clean, and great views of the sea Would stay again."

"Stayed one night in order to see a gig in Bangor. Everything was great, very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner before we left for the show. Food very good for the dinner as was breakfast. Clowie organised a taxi for us into Bangor, all went like clockwork. Nice car area for when we returned."
