"The hotel was lovely! Really nice bar and reception area, it is one of the best hotels to stay at in Liverpool! The only downside was that our bathroom was definitely starting to look tired, the shower holders were not fixed and hung off the wall, and only half the shower head worked."

"Old fashioned hotel which retains its charm. Check in was done online and no issues. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good, only downside was a queue for breakfast on our second morning there. 15 minute walk to Blackpool Tower. Does have entertainment, but we only use it as a base.Stayed here about 5 times and would recommend."
