"Perfect Hotel right off the highway. We were driving from Stroud to Edinbrugh and wanted a place to stay north of Liverpool. The room was very big, super comfy bed and excellent location. "

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent reception Staff. Helpful bubble and a pleasure to speak to after a four hour drive. Room 11 was a bit tired and decor out dated but the bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep. "
"Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was just £5 extra onto the hotel cost and hidden rather than feeling like a rip off"
"Entrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast."
"Stay was ok. Could do with a Fan and a Mini Fridge. Bed was way too soft mattress wise and didn't like the hard wooden bed frame and headboard. Soon was I walked in I bashed my Shin on the bed Grazing it. Had to plug in the TV and Kettle as wasn't plugged in. (Not enough plug sockets. Shower hadn't been cleaned properly still hair in shower from someonelses stay. Heated towel rail didn't turn on. Tv too far away from bed and very small to see could do with being wall mounted nearer to the bed. Very easy to bash arms on side tables so be careful when in bed. "
