"The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! The lounge has a yellow rug on the floor that has definitely seen better days, it was stained and generally nasty. The kitchen utensils all need a good wash before we could use them. "We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!"
