"This hotel is in an excellent area- definately the location is 4star. The actual room was dated - room was functional but tired- needs some updates. We did not spend much time in room -or partake in hotel restaurant so cannot comment & for the most part our room was clean & reasonably quiet. "

"Beautiful hotel and a lovely stay despite ongoing construction works. We stayed on a Friday night and were mostly unaffected - some areas of the hotel were clearly ready to be updated but the facilities we used were brilliant. Our room was a river view and the balcony was not yet ready to be used. The room itself was a standard size but the cleanliness is what made it a great stay. We really appreciated the robes and slippers for using the onsite pool and spa. We absolutely loved the outdoor...

"Very friendly staff who were helpful with suggestions on places to visit during our stay. Hotel is very clean and offers basic amenities with smaller rooms, which makes the cost very reasonable. Centrally located to tourist areas, many within walking distance. Public transportation is right around the corner. Overall our visit was very pleasant."

"Compared to other hotels near Heathrow it was reasonably priced. There’s a Piccadilly line station across the road from the hotel which is one stop away from the airport. Therefore no taxis required. I had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant, which was again quite reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again if flying out early from Heathrow airport."
