"Perfect location in an historic building near Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery, and Charring Cross Station. On a tree-lined and surprisingly quiet street. Short walk to Embankment, Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. Rooms were a bit tight but typical for big cities. Large desk area and big screen TV. King bed was large and comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. Quiet hallways. Posh Club Room with chilled water refill and self serve espresso/coffee machines. Staff are professional and friendly. Would definitely stay here again next visit to London."

"The bathroom shower was not designed to drain properly.So we were always having to clean up the floor from all the water."

Surrounded by multiple restaurants. Comfy room on 7th floor. Strong and stable WiFi. Great amenities. Highly recommended. Can't think of anything that went wrong during my stay. "
