This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. **Location** Ceppo Morelli, district Località Fontane, 800 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Apartment in a typical mountain house of 80 square metres, detached with garden, characteristic of the area, renovated while preserving the original period character, creating functional and cosy spaces, equipped with all necessary amenities. Gold prospecting area with the possibility of guided tours in the gold mines, which have become tourist attractions, the possibility to visit ancient villages that are still preserved in their original state.
