Great location, warm and cosy room. Very comfortable bed and very clean, with a large balcony. The only issue was nothing about the hotel but the people above us were very noisy and stomped around all hours of the night which woke us up! Or kept us awake. Very creaky floor. Breakfast and service were excellent and our room had an incredible view of the Matterhorn (when it wasn’t covered by clouds). Very easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the station to go to Blauherd/Sunnegga. The room we were in had a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It was a great stay the four nights were there.
