Hotel service overall was amazing and they will pick you up from train station in their shuttle. "The room was superb and spotless, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Location was great, just by the train station connecting easily to Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. The staff were mostly okay, except for one time when they asked us to move to the other side of the breakfast area after already seated, claiming that area is reserved for the restaurant. There were no clear signs and the space is shared with the breakfast area. The hotel failed to inform us how we can access the parking area, we followed signs but were not able to enter the indoor car park. The staff provided us a temporary solution until the next morning. Overall would still highly recommend this hotel."
