I The front desk was fantastic and helpful for those of us that speak english only (sadly only one language) all the personell speak great english. The check in was simple. The room decor was very modern and very very clean. The breakfast area was excellent and the staff there was awesome and very attentive without being invasive. The food was delicious they had all the food a euro hotel offers. The hotel has a ski locker room downstairs to store your gear. Access to the slopes is very walkable. As a result, I left my room inadvertently unlocked for a whole day. There's no real security for left luggage: anyone can walk into the lounge area and take your bag. The bed was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was not large enough for a computer. The hotel claims to have air conditioning but there was certainly no air conditioning in my room. Breakfast begins at 8am so the hotel doesn't work well if you need an early start. So helpful and it was genuine. Lovely, lovely people and there are quirky things around the hotel, books, cards, games etc ! It was like home from home: It was such a wonderful stay, that I extended my holiday again and again In addition the evening menu and breakfast was exceptional, every time. Nothing was too much bother and it really made my holiday in Saas Fee a brilliant one. The evening meals are superb. Seriously. They are good. A wonderful place to stay in Saas Fee. Great location location. I had a south facing room with balcony. I’d highly recommend staying there. Dog friendly, yoga studio and gym.
