You can take photos of Matterhorn mountain easily from the room if you book the room with view. The only disappointed thing is that my room view of mountain is actually blocked by some of the houses and cannot see the full view from the room which is unexpected. Less than 10 minutes walk from the rail station. We had a wonderful room with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was good - lots of choice (continental breakfast) and dining room never felt over crowded. Hotel Antika is snuggled away in a convenient location in Zermatt. Just off the Main Street but still centrally located to restaurants and bars. The hotel has a ski entrance and storage area for all your equipment and the bus to Matterhorn Mountain Glacier is right outside the rear entrance. Picture perfect views of the Matterhorn and a little bar for an apres ski drink.
