"Great hotel. Clean and comfortable room with great facilities and amenities that were replenished daily. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I felt a little annoyed about was the fact we had the buffet breakfast once and it cost me almost £50 for two adults and a child. This seems excessive and far out of place with the costs of our other meals in Tokyo. "

"Granbell Hotel Shinjuku provided us pleasant experience during our stay. We stayed for five days, enjoying a breakfast that was both good and reasonably priced. Our room was cleaned daily, staff were accommodating and had helped us booked a taxi going to the airport! "

"Nice location! Staffs are friendly and kind. It was great that i could store my luggage before checkin for free. Plus, breakfast was fresh and yummy. There was a spring for bath on 28th floor for free. It was clean and it relieved my stress. TV in the room automatically provides information in various languages "

"The hotel was very nice and tge staff was very attentive and responsive. While I don't think it is in the most active location, it is located in the park and has a nearby subway station so it is fairly convenient to get around. The only downside was that there was construction being done on the upper dining and lounge floors so those were not available."
