They assist you with all your needs from baggage delivery to room, getting change and recommendations. The view of Tokyo station was amazing from our room. It’s convenient from the station and near Tokyo character street, perfect for children or love Pokémon and other characters. It’s also accessible to other train lines and convenient for doing day trips to Fuji as well. You will have a great stay here. "
