"Excellent location. Convenient to Zona Rosa, Roma Norte and the Reforma. Room was clean and everything worked. Bed very comfortable. Had room fan for ventilation and temp control. Plugs convenient for charging. My room not facing the street was very quiet…except for plumbing use can be very loud from adjoining room when toilet flushed or shower utilized. Staff were helpful and professional. Elevators stopped working one afternoon but issue was quickly resolved. I used stairs and laundry/service elevator. Breakfast buffet was ok but I found the area restaurants a much better option for my taste. Will gladly return given location and price. "

"Really great space! We booked the family apartment, and there was plenty of room and privacy. The only downsides are that the bed was a little firm and there is quite a bit of light that gets into the smaller bedroom, so definitely bring an eye mask. Otherwise it was great! Good location, and friendly staff! Very clean and we loved the outdoor space. Only wish it had a pool. "
