The room was so clean and smell SO GOOD every day It was so nice coming back from the activities and find all kind of supplies. They think about everything creams ,shampoo,cleaning personal tools that exceed my expectations,and the Bed was so comfortable with large fluffy pillows . We were 100% satisfied . "Overall our experience was great! Check in and check out was fast. They do have currency exchange if you need. I would definitely recommend the breakfast on site as there is an abundance of choices for all. The hotel is located walking distances from the beach. The street behind the hotel is full of commerce including restaurants, shopping mall and groceries. It was extremely convenient to be able to walk to the stores at any time of the day. The colonial area ( Wall City/Getsemani) is about 12 minute car ride. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal, from Ricardo, Maria, Jesus, Cristian. I am missing a lot of names. They were exceptional. "
