We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Santiago was absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The young lady assisting with the breakfast service was also amazing and provided such friendly, helpful service. We took full advantage of the breakfast and pool, and both were great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and honestly wish we could pick this hotel up and move it around with us whenever we travel so it would always be available! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay Hotel Casa Bianca By Faranda Boutique in the heart of Cartagena’s Walled City. The breakfast was simple but good, with enough options to get the day started. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, especially when it came to arranging and booking tours.

We had a lovely room with lots of space. Everyday the room was cleaned and smelled amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful to us and we came back one day to a lovely note and a bottle of wine as a gift from the hotel to celebrate us being on our honeymoon. Lovely touch. We spent some time each day by the pool which had fresh towels there and would be a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The location was fantastic and would absolutely stay again.

Lovely large room with comfortable beds and ample air conditioning in brand new beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff in perfect central location, with lovely rooftop pool that is large enough to swim laps and comfy day beds for lounging. Stay here!

The suite was very spacious and clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Take account when staying within the Walled City that it is noisy at night. The location was great to pick up points for tours. The only complaint was the air conditioning in our room. I’m not sure if there’s a master control somewhere else but our room never got cool no matter how low we set the temperature. We were sweating especially at night.

Breakfast buffet was very extensive and able to order custom dishes. Sharon who waited on us was very attentive and knowledgable. All the staff were very professional and attentive. The pool area was a nice optional common area. The hotel is very boutique and quiet in the center of all the action in the walled city which was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Great location. Don’t book this hotel if you plan on having visitors or friends coming over to hang out. They don’t allow guest unless you pay for additional parson in the room. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel with a good location.

We had no hot water in the shower. The temperature was cool. The rooms do not have direct windows to the outside so they are very dark. No breakfast buffet and the breakfast they did serve was mediocre at best. Four slices of burnt stale toast for two people. No variety of foods. They don’t even give us water. Had to ask for butter and salt and pepper. Completely unprepared. Located on a busy street. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Don’t waste your money.

Cute hotel some of the stuff were professional. They just a few things we were giving the wrong Wi-Fi word I showered, did not have bad soap. We asked a few times was never filled. Floor on the lower level full of water almost slipped… There are no dressers in the room so we didn’t have anywhere to put our clothes I also asked person in the front desk. If there was any type of laundry service, he never got back to me.I have sent a couple of emails. It took them a while to respond by that time. I had to leave the hotel at three days earlier… as I mentioned it’s a cute hotel. The food was great, but I felt as though got attention and response to our request we’re not answered. I tried to reach out to them again after they responded, and I still have not heard from them. We ended up moving to another hotel.
