The perfect hotel to stay over inside the walls of the historical old part of Cartagena. A hidden gem the Bastion hotel, with spacious clean rooms, good and healthy breakfast buffet, friendly staff and a beautiful rooftop with swimming pool, and the hotel offers 24/7 à la carte service. Highly recommend to stay at this great property.

Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!
