beautiful hotel. In a convenient area. Cabs are easy to access. old city is a 5 min driver away.
Stayed here just one night on our way back to US from Cartagena, wish we could have stayed longer. Impeccable service. It’s an excellent hotel and within walking distance from a Mall. Great dining options.
Excellent, clean, friendly staff and shuttle to the airport eceey 30 minutes
The restaurant was understaffed, the staff at check in were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the room is perfect for a short stay or layover
It is always a nice place to stay, was our third time staying there.
Love everything! Service and all the areas was excellent!! Just the pool towels attendant seems to look more interested on his phone hiding inside the small room by the towels section. He seems to looks bothered when we get towels by ourselves but he didn’t offered any type of assistance either ...
amazing place to stay . I am very happy -thank you for the breakfast
