I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was truly top-notch—staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The food was equally impressive, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. It was great to go back to visit my country, visit a new city “Cartagena’ and have an excellent experience. Thank you so much to the team at the Hyatt!
