"Room was very, very small, no hot water. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. And it was noisy, you could hear the people next door. The staff was nice and friendly. "
"The property needs to be renovated and deeply cleaned. My shower had sitting water due to poor leveling causing gnats and flies to linger. The door in the restroom was peeling and torn. The closet floors were unswept. "

"Overall our experience was great! Check in and check out was fast. They do have currency exchange if you need. I would definitely recommend the breakfast on site as there is an abundance of choices for all. The hotel is located walking distances from the beach. The street behind the hotel is full of commerce including restaurants, shopping mall and groceries. It was extremely convenient to be able to walk to the stores at any time of the day. The colonial area ( Wall City/Getsemani) is about 12 minute car ride. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal, from Ricardo, Maria, Jesus, Cristian. I am missing a lot of names. They were exceptional. "
