I am a frequent flyer to Cartagena and have tried multiple hotels in the city. Personally, I love this location because it is opposite Bocagrande, helping you avoid the crazy rush hour traffic. They also have an in-house travel agency, which makes booking tours a much better experience.

Roof top pool and restaurant was on point. The restaurant food was good. The breakfast was typical eggs, sausages, rolls etc. ..can be improved...otherwise its an ideal place to consider if you don't want to be in an over crowded spot.

Hotel is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. Also check out is at 12 PM which was very helpful as I waited for my flight to return home. Concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Great place to stay.

The hotel staff was outstanding. The phone in our room did not work and i had to go to the rooftop bar to place my order. We were not happy with the tour operation in the lobby of the hotel. We ended up on a private tour with a driver and a guide. As we had a dedicated driver, we felt safe to leave our belongings in the car while we walked tour sites. Mistake....we found out after we were back in our room, that $60 had been taken from a purse in the car. We brought it to the attention of the tour operator, but received no satisfaction. I would caution other guests to use caution, if booking through the current tour operator.
