Welcome to our cozy and beautiful private studio in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone! Located in a condominium designed to provide you with a perfect and memorable stay, our space offers you the opportunity to relax by the sea while enjoying the incredible turquoise waters that characterize this privileged area of Cancun.

The space
Just 10 minutes from the airport, our studio is in a prime location, minutes away from Soriana supermarket and Plaza La Isla. The condominium offers a range of amenities, including an affordable restaurant/bar, an Oxxo convenience store in front of the building, laundry facilities, excursion services, a private beach, and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea.

Inside the studio, you'll find a small but well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, as well as a double bed, a sofa bed for two additional people, a full bathroom, and amenities such as air conditioning, a fan, and a Smart TV with excellent internet connection.

Guest access
During your stay, you can enjoy the exclusive amenities of the condominium, such as the infinity pool that will allow you to relax and disconnect completely. Our 24-hour security will provide you with peace of mind, and you'll have direct access to our private beach, where the sea, sun, and white sand will be your constant companions.

Additionally, we offer free services such as parking, pool towels, and the use of loungers and palapas both on the beach and by the pool. In front of the condominium, you'll find a bus stop that provides 24-hour service, facilitating access to nightclubs, shopping centers, and other attractions in Cancun.

For your convenience, public transportation is easily accessible, with nearby stops for buses R-1 and R-2 that will take you to downtown, Walmart, Market 28, and more. We also have agreements with a car rental company to ensure you have a complete experience during your stay.

Other things to note
Important: Our condo provides a double bed, a sofa suitable for a child to sleep (we can provide a safety rail if requested), and a crib for babies.

We supply bedding for the double bed. If you plan to use the sofa and/or crib, please let us know in advance to ensure we provide the corresponding bedding and towels.

The condo has bedding for the sofa but does not include bedding for the crib.
