"To be honest although the apartment was really nice we didn’t have hardly any knives and forks and spoons for 5 people, the fridge was filthy and the cooking equipment was old worn out and filthy. For nearly £300 for one night we expected better "

"1) The lack of household items such as toilet rolls and black bags - which we had to buy from the convenient store. This was not great. 2) When you flush the toilet upstairs, water gushed out of the pipe which leaves a very unpleasant smell in the bedroom next to the bathroom/ toilet area. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building).
