We came to stay at Willin hotel on Saturday. The owners, Lukas and Samina, couldn’t do enough for you, they was really, lovely people. The breakfast was cooked fresh just as I asked. The room was small. But for a Blackpool hotel, it did its purpose. The towels and shower gel, and tea/coffee facilities in our room was a lovely additional touch for the price. Warm, comfortable and clean.

I had an excellent stay. When i arrived, the TV in my room was broken but i rang reception, a maintenance man came to see it and replaced it immediately.
The breakfast was very nice. The Pizza they served on the 24/7 menu was like an authentic Italian Pizza so that's good.
Thank you for having me and i shall definitely stay again next time i stay in Blackpool.

Had such a good stay here room was excellent had everything we needed the breakfast was simply fantastic.
There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people.
I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.

This hotel more than met our expectations. All the staff were friendly, pro-active and extremely helpful. The room was warm, clean and had all the facilities and features of a top class hotel, but the price was excellent value for money.
Not only was the en-suite extremely clean, but the quality of the towels and toiletries provided was better than at any Radisson or Hilton we have stayed at.
Would recommend this hotel without hesitation and look forward to a return visit.

We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x
