The stay was decent in terms of beds and bathrooms etc, however one of our rooms was on teh top floor and the heating either wasn't working in the room or there was none. We were provided with an industrial fan heater, however couldn't leave this on when we were asleep/not in the room for safety reason so the room was absolutely freezing during the night. Ohter than that the stay was exactly what you'd expect for the money paid

location ideal for our purpose 1 night stay for family function, Car parking could be reviewed our stay eas Saturday / Sunday if it was mid week then the local budiness might have all the available street partking

well, it was ok but i wouldn‘t stay there again. But to be honest, the whole Birmingham was a big dissapointment for us, it is horrible, dirty, criminal city with a lot of junkies, beggers, and very rude people and we got almost robbed and almost beaten in Birmingham and maybe that‘s why we didn‘t like so much our staying in this accomodation..So i am not even planning to come back to visit Birmingham again. The lady, who made our room, was very nice and very helpful. The man, probably the owner, was a little creepy, he was staring us kinda not too much friendly. But his dog is very cute.
