"The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! The lounge has a yellow rug on the floor that has definitely seen better days, it was stained and generally nasty. The kitchen utensils all need a good wash before we could use them. "We stayed in the Annexe for just one night on our way north and it was the perfect rest stop. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our brief stay - including milk in the fridge for morning teas. I would definitely recommend if you're visiting the area. 8 minute drive from Bruton. "

"The studio is lovely and well equipped. It was exceptionally clean. Including bathrobes added a touch of luxury. It was easy enough to find with the instructions provided. I recommend a walk along the bicycle path from the local recreation ground. "

"Cheddar and the surrounding area is such a lovely part of the country and the Gatehouse matched that. The bed was large and very comfortable, the lounge perfect for snuggling away the evenings and the shower particuarly good! Parking also could not have been easier. Do note though, a lot of the roads in the area are narrow and twisty without footpaths so a small car is preferable and beware when walking them."

"I loved the independence of the flat. The kitchen was fab but could have done with a microwave or even an oven dish. I did not like seeing all the bins at the front full to the brim. Loved the shower and the bed was okay but badly needed a bedside light. A small chest of drawers would also of been handy. I would book again. "
