"The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm
We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all"

Excellent location, around the corner from Tottenham Court Road tube station. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Amenities are efficient and spacious.
Note that this is a pod hotel and rooms are literally a bed size. We were in upper double and personally I found it easier to get in and out. If you any accessibility needs please talk to the hotel before you book.

Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...
