"The reception staff are really welcoming.. I remember this hotel as the valley lodge many years ago it looks like it's undergoing a update and it just has a really nice vibe.. I'm having to stay 3 days till I complete my house and I'm a older lady alone here and I feel very safe and the extra bonus visiting a spa at a minimum cost"

"Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom clean. We opted to have breakfast which was good however there was no herbal tea at breakfast despite there being some in the room and there was no dairy free alternatives for milk for tea and coffee or dairy free yoghurt so I didn’t have a hot drink at breakfast. The bathroom has shower gel, hand soap, hand cream and a shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1 and towels provided. "
