We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. We primarily were interested in Hatton Garden to buy an engagement ring, which I did successfully :) We would definitely stay here again. My only...

GNH is above and beyond what I expected. Amazing location. Friendly staff. The room was modern and clean. Complementary wifi and a wide range of complementary on demand movies. Lovely rainforest shower. There was even access to a pantry with coffee, teas and cakes. It's right next to the King's Cross tube station and steps away from lots of restaurants and shops. Special mention to Plum + Spilt Milk restaurant, their food was amazing. Must try their namesake, Plum + Spilt Milk dessert.

Amazing staff!

Fabulous service from the team. We couldn’t not have been better looked after. The location is good and most places are a 20-30 minute walk away but the immediate area is fairly office heavy.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Very quiet. Lovely location. Will return.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location for westend. Convent garden The mall and trafalgar square. Next door to charing cross station. Rooms ideal. Bathroom great. Hotel.old but loads of character. Staff amazing Fantastic choice of breakfast. Beds very comfy. Toiletries supplied. Snacks and water supplied.

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Room has a large TV with a docking speaker, handy for iPods (I was delighted as it ment we could play Xmas music!) plus a mini...

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

Great stay. Everything as expected

Clean, great views across London

The staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful

Brilliant stay staff very accommodating and polite.

A beautiful building, very tastefully decorated and furnished, staff could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Easy check in. Staff very friendly. Able to leave luggage. Rooms very comfortable.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
