"friendly and helpful reception desk, One of the team had a new re furbished room which was excellent, other rooms tied but clean and functional. Pool and gym welcome although swimming classes on so half pool was taken. Bar well stocked, but food on the pricey side. Breakfast had a good selection and was topped up frequently Easy to get parked"

"My wife and I spent two nights at Langley Castle and enjoyed our stay. We particularly enjoyed the scenery of the castle; the included breakfast; and the friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel is convenient for visiting Hadrian's Wall sites, but is somewhat isolated so you would really need to have a vehicle to stay at Langley Castle. I enjoyed walking the trails around and just off the property. The only complaint I had was that the rooms were a bit stuffy and the air conditioning"

"Every single member of staff we encouraged have been 10/10! When we first checked in there were issues with our shower and despite it being late at night they switched our rooms for us. The shower there was great, bed so comfy, spacious, plenty hangers and the fridge was very helpful. As much as I love staying at the sandman for SunnyCon we may need to consider other options due to the lack of air con as the warmth of the room caused me to be sickly at times, the fan helps a bit but I think air con would be a good investment for summer months."
