Just come back from a short break with friends and family at the Kenzi Club Agdal Marina. We were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but all in all, we had a great stay there. The staff were excellent, even if English is not their first or second language. All were very helpful. The animations team were all very enthusiastic. We only caught one of their shows, which was not what we were expecting and not for us, but they were giving it their all and enjoying themselves! The spa was reasonably priced and the staff there were also eager to please. I have a couple of minor complaints - the cocktails on offer were all too sweet and the air con didn't work properly. Both resolved by having alternative drinks, and leaving the balcony door open! Not sure what the hotel would be like during high season, and there's probably not enough there to keep people busy if they are seriously active, but I would definitely go back, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
The hotel was excellent, the staff could not have done more to be friendly or helpful, they are a credit to the hotel - we would happily stay here again and again.
I have seen on previous reviews people complain about the food and hotel I don't know where they were staying or eating but it wasn't here. We had a 5 day stay, every morning we could not have asked for more for breakfast, the selection on offer was vast and you could not have asked for more, from very healthy to full blow out cooked breakfast. There was not one member of staff who didn't say hello, or good morning or even "how can I help you" without us having to ask - PERFECTION. The location of the hotel is excellent, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakech but not to far away that we couldn't walk it. The hotels concierge could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We told him what we had wanted to visit and do and he arranged to perfection every single details for 5 full days of utter pleasure and fun. We visited everything you could want to see from the top of the mountains to the desert to the local snake charmers, the hotel is lucky to have him and should make certain he stays with them. The hotel owners should be very proud of the level of professionalism shown by of all their staff from the reception, bar staff, cleaners and the chef's - excellent.
Nice hotel, we found the staff very polite and friendly, however we had problems with language, the Internet was restricted to reception area, and bedrooms sometimes would work, they must have English channels, as currently all they had was CNN, the restaurant food on the menu was limited. They need to improve as there are no restaurants nearby. it's all things management can improve on. But overall I had a pleasant stay, and would stay there again

Myra is the hotel manager. She received us with great warmth. The food in the restaurant was simply delicious. Breakfast served by the pool was amazing. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. I usually don't go back to the same place twice. But, I would to experience the relaxing experience at this hotel. Highly recommended !
"Nice Hotel, 5 minutes away by taxi from the town "
My room was very spacious facing the pool, staff was pleasant. The only let down was the food, breakfast was a hit and miss. Some days alright another time terrible.
The three young receptionist was very friendly and helpful especially Amal always had a smile on her face
there was no shuttle bus as stated on their website to take the guest to the Square, when we query this we were told they stopped running the shuttle in January. It took less than 10 minutes to the square depending on traffic. hotel should make clear on their website and inform the receptionist that hotel guess who wish to visit Cats disco bar which is on the same ground as the hotel there is a entrance fee to pay. We was told by the receptionist that hotel guest were free and we would have to show our room pass. This was not the case as we were told by the bouncer at Cats that we have to pay a fee!
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
This was the first time we stayed at the Adam Park and were honestly thrilled with our stay. On arrival we were upgraded to a spacious and luxurious suite (bedroom, living room, garden and TWO bathrooms!).
We were well looked after by the lovely staff; a special thank you goes to Sanna and Abderrazzak at reception who were very helpful, informative and hospitable.
There was a choice of 3 different places to eat; a snack bar for lunchtimes, and Moroccan and Italian restaurants for dinner. Great selection of food and the bar had a nice atmosphere too.
Amenities to pamper yourself are aplenty and the pool was a great place to hang out.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus between 10am – 6.30pm to the Medina and souks which is helpful as they’re not within walking distance but they could do with perhaps extending the service if you plan to stay out for the night. There is also a selection of shops and a giant supermarket 5mins walk away.
All in all, we had a fabulous time here and have already booked our next stay!
A great retreat for couples – highly recommended!
In the southeast section of Marrakech, the Agdal region is a new tourism zone. The area's Agdal Gardens are set within the grounds of the Royal Palace. The gardens are open to the public twice a week, when the King of Morocco is not staying at the palace.
