If you were French you had star treatment if you were British you were left out the reception staff needed more training they could be rude an not helpful. But all the other staff were lovely shame really cause it's a beautiful place it spoils the break
We only stayed for two days (one night) at the hotel as we had stayed elsewhere on our trip. The hotel is very clean and spacious, and our room overlooked the pool. We used the spa and paid for a hammam and massage which were both delightful and well priced.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful and were great in arranging a late check out and another room to use to shower in after we had checked out.
We had drinks and lunch from the pool bar, however the staff here were not particularly friendly or helpful, and parts of our order arrived much later. The music played by the pool is also on a short loop which can get annoying.
There was a big selection at breakfast - croissants, cakes, cereals, fruit, yogurts, cooked breakfast, custom omelettes - but after helping ourselves and tucking in we realised that there were lots of small birds flying around the dining room and they were landing on the food and pecking away at it. This immediately put us off from eating much more.
Nice hotel, we found the staff very polite and friendly, however we had problems with language, the Internet was restricted to reception area, and bedrooms sometimes would work, they must have English channels, as currently all they had was CNN, the restaurant food on the menu was limited. They need to improve as there are no restaurants nearby. it's all things management can improve on. But overall I had a pleasant stay, and would stay there again

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. This hotel is really impressive with very friendly atmosphere and nice staff that added to the beauty of the hotel. There is a cinema and a big shopping centre about 5 min walk from the hotel. A lot of places to eat and a good hypermarket that is reasonably priced. Taxi to Mediana is 4 €. Will go back again.
In the southeast section of Marrakech, the Agdal region is a new tourism zone. The area's Agdal Gardens are set within the grounds of the Royal Palace. The gardens are open to the public twice a week, when the King of Morocco is not staying at the palace.
