"Warm welcome and friendly staff, however quite a modest property even for a BnB and at this price point. Small room with very small shower. Fine breakfast but only instant freeze dried coffee, and few options if you don't want a fry up. Immediate area full of litter on streets (like most of Barry). I know this isn't their fault but it's a location point. Overall a fine place to stay but I'm surprised current reviews are quite so high -- afterall, a warm and friendly welcome should be expected...

"Everything was fabulous, the cleanliness, the staff the food and the clientele (including dogs🐾🐾) a lovely place to stay, very tranquil and relaxing with a welcoming atmosphere. We loved it😀👌"

"The team who served me were helpful and friendly. The guy who checked me in was efficient and really nice, so the procvess was quick but he made me feel very welcome. I had dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both."
