"Great wee place for one or two people. Parking good. Bed comfy. Bathroom works wellNo internet so no tvs working. Internet lights look like it works but doesn’t connect to tvs or my phone. I updated host when I arrived saying property was ideal. Quick response thanking me. "The property smelt strongly of people smoking (despite the fact that it was advertised as a non-smoking property). The lockable front door was loose in its frame and felt insecure, especially as the location is in a very run-down street with a lot of graffiti and rubbish strewn around. To cap it off, we were confronted with a rat in the courtyard entrance as we arrived back. We chose to pack our bags and drove home through the night, rather than stay. My initial complaint was met with a response...

Top Pontypridd Hotel Reviews

Heritage Park Pontypridd, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

10/10 Excellent

"Nice room. Nice dinner menu. Great pint of Guinness (about £7.25 at though 😭). Breakfast was excellent."

The Angel Hotel

8/10 Good

"Overall the hotel was very good. However what let it down was the wallpaper around the window was hanging off , the window was in a shocking state, I think the layers of paint had been put on with a knife and fork( maybe a little exaggerated) The breakfast was amongst the BEST I have had in a very long time -fab sausages, excellent quality bacon, very nicely cooked mushrooms and delicious black pudding- first class Unfortunately there was extensive road works going on outside - hence the very low cost for b&b Overall however, a good experience and reasonably accessible to shops etc"
