Pool Area: - The pool was consistently busy, and they often ran out of towels. Noise Levels: - There was loud live Hard Rock music every night until midnight, making it difficult for my kids to sleep. Theme Awareness: - I was not aware that the hotel had a strong focus on Hard Rock music, which was not suitable for our family. Kids Club: My kids only spend few hours out of 10 days stay? "Recently refurbed, lovely hotel, it’s in a great position, just 2 negatives 1. Breakfast is chaos 2. Although plenty of sunbeds by pool, it is very crowded. The new bar on the terrace is excellent - we were upgraded to a fantastic room - Thank you"
