"The hotel was very nice, and the family room we stayed in was large with plenty of space for everything we brought with us for a 5-month old baby. The staff were excellent and we also dined in Palm Court twice, which has great food and were very accommodating of the baby as well. "

"Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Room was a little tired, but we did have a great outdoor space, being on the ground floor, although laundry next to the bedroom wasn't ideal when they delivered in the morning. Convenient for the town, and the hotel bar/bistro was a great space."

"One night stay following a day at Chester Zoo. Relaxing to have a swim/sauna after walking round for several hours. Good bar food -enjoyed my steak ciabatta which arrived speedily despite a school prom being held in another room at the time, staff remained pleasant and efficient throughout. Breakfast was excellent, nice continental and light breakfast choices and provided in a light airy room. The gardens are always beautiful to stroll round (this was not my first stay) ,particuarly breathtaking at this time of year when in full bloom.. "
