"Clean room and friendly staff. It is close to restaurants and a Lawson. It is a bit of a walk to to get to the airport with the train and monorail. Easy check in and checkout process. They had luggage carts available for use. They were able to hold our luggage after checkout until we can check them into our flight. "

"There’s a metro station across from the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also has restaurants and a Family Mart which came in handy for late snacks or early morning coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was great. "

"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"I only stayed one night, but enjoyed the stay and had no issues. Super convenient as its connected to Haneda terminal 3 departure counters. Kioks for easy check in and checkout. They had my luggage delivered to my room which was really nice. Room was a bit small but perfect for one person. Good breakfast. Will stay again."
