"We stayed for 10 nights in a different hotel and then came to this one for 2 further nights. The accommodation was extremely basic and certainly nowhere near 5 star. We had booked a deluxe double room and this didn't look anything like the photo's that the hotel provides. The room had no towels, no bathrobes, the walls were just plain white. The lighting was so poor in the room (no lamps or bedside lighting) that we had to use the torch on our phone just to see the buttons on the remote control....

"Had a really enjoyable week at Mövenpick. Can’t really fault them for much. Staff were amazing and really doted on my daughter which made for a great couple days. Facilities ( pool, beach etc were clean and quiet) In particular, a big shout out to Yasmine and the team in the restaurant who were always there to chat to, explain the various options on the menu, as well as entertain my daughter with chats. Would definitely return. "

"Absolutely wonderful few days at the Xperience Sea Breeze. Staff are so friendly, a special thanks to Mohamed in the restaurant and Romany at the bottom pool. Food variety was good and tasty. No rushing for a sun bed in the morning, there were plenty. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but the hotel offered free shuttles to Soho Square, Old Town and Naama Bay. We also opted to take the shuttle down to the sandy beach one day which was a nice change of scenery. Thank you, we will be back! "

"I didn't like the check-in process. It was unorganized, I feel like the staff prioritized other guests who got there after us, were overall unhelpful. They attempted to charge me twice for the cost of the room refused to call expedia reps back so they could confirm that I already paid in full (even after showing them my receipt/confirmation). The manager of the hotel told me not to worry and that everything was okay. He promised to give us priority seating in one of the specialty restaurants...

"The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us. Service and people were nice, it was safe and they made an effort to help us with a surprise free of charge. Taxi’s nice and cheap and everything was nearby. "Great hotel situated in well kept grounds next to the beach in the centre of Naama Bay. We had a middle bungalow in a block of four with a glimpse of the sea through the palm trees. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee and two bottles of water provided every day. "I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...
