Everything was fabulous durig my stay. The property was well maintained, the lobby smelled amazing. The room was clean and well furnished. In addition to all that, service was above and beyond, from waiters on all restaurants to house keeping, to front desk staff. Thanks for the Sunrise management team for keeping this property at such level of hospitality. I would recommend Sunrise Arabian Beach resort to anyone who want to enjoy their vacation to the max.

Baron Palms is a beautiful, clean place to stay in. Staff is so nice and helpful all over the place especially the restaurant manager Mr Mohamed el Halawany and the chef Mr Ezzat. We are a group of six, we all loved the place and looking forward to come back. Thank you Staff of Baron Palms . Room # 349 , 353 , 354 .

The best hotel in the city

Great property

The property was amazing for a 6 night stay. The only thing was it was crowded when we went in July so the buffet was always crowded and we didn't get much privacy. The pool water is hot. The beach is fun to snorkel in. You have to go on this dock to get in - you can't just walk into the water as it's down off the cliff. The food was always great and a good variety. I would stay there again. The bartender who is there at night all the time is very nice and gave us great customer service.

Great as usual

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. They are all very nice and always smiling. When I first arrived they could not see my booking so they told me to have dinner until they looked into it and when I came back they upgraded the view of my room for free. I felt a little sick the next day and when they found out the doctor on site personally called me, sent me medication, and the hotel sent my food to my room all day, asking if I had any special requests. The room service employee was also exceptionally nice. They even accommodated my late checkout at a great price. I honestly felt like I was at home. Will definitely be coming back here and definitely recommend the place, staff, and view.
