The hotel grounds and pools are lovely. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are roomy with a large balcony overlooking a pool area, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean but a bit dated,
The all inclusive is not worth it, drinks choice is awful and wine is only served with meals, only red and white no rose ! Food is okay but bland and caters more for Russian guests , better at the Grill where we had lunch every day, the main restaurant is hectic and not as nice, we mostly had dinner out of the hotel but the Bhorat and the Blue Dome are lovely and you get a discount if you are a guest at the hotel,
This could be a gem of a hotel if they got the all Inclusive aspect right, better selection of drinks and cocktails, beach party that is included instead of wanting to charge you $6 for a bbq and ‘free alcohol’ when you have paid for AI
The hotel is perfectly situated right in Naama Bay near everything and directly across from the Hard Rock Cafe and Soho Square, bars and shops

We had a wonderful 9 days at the Regency in late February/ early March. We paid extra to have the Regency club upgrade and we found it was absolutely worth i t.
A big shout out to Mr Amr, manager of the club and his excellent team who looked after us and their other guests extremely well. Food was generally excellent not just at the Club lounge but at the main all inclusive restaurant. Choice of food was very generous and was being constantly replenished.
We tried a couple of the other restaurants where you have to pay for the meal (we got a free voucher however as part of the club perks) and we were a little underwhelmed. Other guests who tried the Thai restaurant were very pleased.
Bedroom was spacious and bed very comfortable. Pillows were probably the best I have had in a hotel. Bathroom also spacious but looked a little worn in places.
Not everything was perfect (ac not working first night, tv remote controls not working in both rooms), but the staff were very responsive and very very friendly.
Entertainment was provided in the evening but mainly targeted at the mostly Russian guests and while was not our cup of tea, but this was not high on our list in any case, though it may be for you.
Some of the swimming pools were heated and were very comfortable. Their house reef makes for excellent snorkelling opportunities.
Would happily stay there again.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Xperience Sea Breeze resort. The rooms and communal areas, pools etc. were very clean - the staff worked hard to maintain this. The food was excellent and the waiting / bar staff were attentive and friendly.
I wouldn't say the overall quality of the resort warranted five stars, but the prices are a fair reflection of what you get.

Secondo me l'hotel è il migliore a Naama bay. Ha una bellissima spiaggia e la barriera corallina direttamente davanti. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e educato. Abbiamo preso all inclusive e ci siamo trovati bene con il buffet molto variegato, insalate, pesce, carne e griglia tutte le sere. Se dovessimo tornare a Sharm el Sheik, torneremo sicuramente qui.
