Our room in the Luxor building (top level) was spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Mohammed, whose attention to detail and creative towel origami made our stay extra special.
The resort had everything—beautiful pools, a fun aqua park, and a stunning beach. A highlight was learning archery with Piero, whose energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun....

We had a lovely warm welcome, were upgraded to a Junior Suite due to a few problems we encountered however Mr Sayed fixed this within a matter of moments.
The staff are amazing, the restaurants are fabulous (we particularly enjoyed the Turkish and the Indian restaurant)... All the pool areas are just awesome. We absolutely loved it and would def go back in an instant.
We took a walk around to the nearby hotel complexes and they were horrible, nothing like the well maintained Rixos....

Everything you would expect from a good hotel. Food is excellent with unlimited visits to the six al a carte restaurants plus a buffet and very special fish restaurant in a picturesque setting ( at an extra charge).
Rooms kept very clean with the bedding changed daily. Plenty of storage place, comfortable beds and a flat screen TV.
Several pools to suit all needs and all highly maintained along with the gardens which are really beautiful.
Great staff who try and anticipate your needs...

Great service, staff are polite, nice, smile and make you feel like a VIP as soon as you get in (heads up for blue bar guys Medhat and Beshoy!)
Food is fresh and excellelnt, a lot of variety and restaurants to choose from. Always a lot of place inside.
Hotel is huge, but yet extremely clean and organized, with a great shuttle from the Sentido entrance to the beach all day long.

Stayed for 6 nights was a lovely apartment with AC working kitchen two balconies. Host was responsive and helpful called us taxis and made things comfortable.
The water park comes alive at 2pm each day most days are slow waiting for it to open my eldest enjoyed it .
Theres a grocery downstairs but you have to drive to the beach. Our host gave us a beach card. Beach is small and sectioned off. Water temp was only in 20s like the pool as for the time of year.

I really enjoyed visiting here with my Mother. The hotel caters for all from couples to kids to families and even Mum and Sons as in my case! Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff are kind and helpful. The Duty Manager is also a nice guy (Mr. Magdy) and can help with any issues you have, he is always out and visible. Full marks from me 10/10.

The facilities, gardens and beach were beautiful. The availability and variety of restaurants and bars were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The allinclusive food and drinks were excellent in variety and quality, there was something for everyone and it was all delicious.
The family room was comfortable for a family of 4, clean and well serviced, and the staff created a peacock out of towels and flowers on our bed on one of the days which we loved!

From the attentive service at breakfast time to the general politeness of all the staff working there.
The gardens and pool areas were so well looked after,and again,really lovely staff.
But the best part is when you swim over that reef and discover the amazing underwater world just outside your bedroom,the spectacle is amazing and makes all the holiday
