Beautiful pool and sea view, room was spotlessy clean and large, bed, pillows and bedding were very comfortable, room service provided daily water, food was absolutley amazing and beach bar was stunning
Our holiday was wonderful, especially thanks to Mr. Muhammed at the reception and the restaurant staff. The food was delicious and varied. We couldn't swim in the pool because it was cold, but we swam in the sea every day and enjoyed the amazing underwater world.

The hotel was really lovely and i enjoyed my time there. They had a big pool out back with access to a private beach which i enjoyed. would love to stay there again

This review is for my stay at the mountain side of the hotel. Staff are welcoming and doing a good effort, amenities are standard not too exciting, location is good BUT rooms condition is bad, extensive renovation and updates are required, cleanses is barely average not even 3 stars ranking and definitely not a 4 stars or even close.
Will not repeat my visit to this hotel.
Great location and excellent service from all the staff. The a la carte menu offered some delicious options. Scuba centers are 5 min walk from property.
This is a good generally good hotel, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day.
You get 2 bottles of water left in your room each day, there is tea and coffee and a fridge/ safe.
I have stayed 3 times this year, it’s great for the price-
The only negative is the large amount of Rude and irritating Russians and Ukrainians, they will push you out the way to get in front of you and enjoy large amounts of alcohol- so they are generally noisy at night.
In the 3 times I have stayed this year, I have not seen or heard an English speaking person.
One important note: I highly recommend staying on the beachside only. Do not book the mountain side – it doesn't offer the same experience and may fall short in comparison.
Our stay started a bit rough due to a misunderstanding at check-in, but the front desk manager Houssam quickly stepped in and resolved the issue with professionalism and care. From there, everything turned around.
I’d like to give a special shoutout to Mohamed at both the beachside and the mountain side front desks – both were outstanding. They were attentive, proactive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and detail-oriented.
The food was good for a hotel buffet – plenty of variety and everything was fresh. The location is excellent, the property is very clean, and overall, the quality of service exceeded expectations.
All in all, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness, and great location – just be sure to choose the beachside rooms.

My booking was made with fully inclusive.. hadnt known till i reached the hotel that expedia didnt pull my booking through.. expedia to contact has been terrible .. the hotel was terrible.. bathroom was mouldy and the best part was the shower wasnt working .when i spoke to the manager they said they all like this..no guest consideration and no resolution. Basically the service is poor. Communication was a huge challenge. Consider employing staff who can also communicate in English
I’m very annoyed that I wasn’t able to cancel the double booking I made. And the staff just simply ignored any requests. This is for the Naama Bay Mountain side with pool view side of the resort.

The area is nice, hotel facilities are average, the food is terrible 😑.. overall the hotel is average and it's worthy only at good offers also when picking a room note that it's one hotel but divided by Alsalam road to promenade beach & promenade mountain
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.
Upon arrival, the room had visible mold and serious cleanliness issues. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with greasy shower walls that had clearly not been properly cleaned. These conditions raised immediate health concerns.
I reported the issue to the hotel, and a staff member was sent to address it. They attempted to clean the mold along the edges of the tub using a toilet brush and advised that it was not mold. However, the issue was not properly resolved, and the condition remained concerning.
I was then offered another room, but that room also had visible mold, which I showed to the staff member at the time. This made it clear that the problem was not isolated and that the property was unable to provide a clean or safe alternative.
Given these conditions, I had no reasonable choice but to leave the hotel and book another stay at my own expense.
This experience reflects serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control. I strongly recommend that these concerns be addressed before accepting future guests.
