"The hotel is located very close to the train station, as well as only a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre. It is in a very ideal location, just on the edge of the nightlife, so it isn't as loud as other places may be. The room had comfortable beds, with clean sheets, as well as a working shower (with a door lock), iron & board, TV, and AC."

"A beautiful building which was clean, spacious with friendly staff. Located right next to Bristol Cathedral and a 10 minute drive from Bristol Temple Meads and Ashton Gate. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options. I would definitely book again."

"Arrived at the hotel which was in a great location for where we wanted to go the following day. Car park is payable in the hotel which was £8 for 24 hrs. Lady on reception gave us our key but no other information, we had to ask about breakfast timings. Room was lovely, clean, inviting and comfortable for what we wanted, clean bedding and lovely white towels, no issues at all with the room. We went for a drink at the bar, service was good. The receptionist was at her desk which is in the middle...

"Hotel was lovley and well presented. It was clean and very welcoming. The front of house staff were so polite and professional and really helpful. However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude. We were told when we booked in that when we go down to use the spa facilities to take our room key and card as evidence we were guests staying and to obtain our robes and slippers.
