"Almost everything was excellent; staff, friendliness, close to the tubes, rooms were very nice, food was great but we were a room next to the elevator and it woke me up too early in the morning (5:00 am) on 4 of the 5 nights we stayed there, when people started their day. Just bad luck on our room assignment."

"I would stay here once again if I returned to London! The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy overall. The breakfast cafe had good options for what I needed/wanted. The location was also convenient. You are not far walking distance from the London Bridge underground station. Along the walk you will also find dining options and pubs. No complaints at all! "

"Nice hotel, good location, pleasant staff. Breakfast was a bit bland (as is the case with many hotels now - you’re better going out), and the hot water pressure (7th floor) wasn’t great. Overall a good stay."

"Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel after having read many mixed reviews. My room was excellent albeit somewhat dark. Facilities in room great, it was a comfortable size, and quiet. Service at the hotel was great by all at reception. What prevents an excellent rating is some small issues, the food I sampled in the restaurant was average at best and quite expensive in comparison to other local options, housekeeping seeking to service your room before 10am on a Sunday is perhaps a little keen,...
