I booked two nights on my way home to NZ from the USA. I wanted to be somewhere warm and sit drinking cocktails by the pool to relax, and for the most part this was the right hotel for that. There is a great big pool and lots of sun loungers overlooking the ocean, but you may need to get up early ...
A very pleasant place to stay when you need to be close to the international airport. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and pleasant. Staff were very attentive and good, and the facilities, including the restaurant , were all excellent.
Beautiful staff and place to stay, Free breakfast was delicious, a lot of varieties of food to choose from. We had two double beds in our room and felt so comfy and was spacious. Would recommend to any families with kids, we had our daughter with us, she loved it too esp having one bed to herself. ...
Had a good time, drinks are amazing although I found the all inclusive meals were not good. Not much variety italian night had no pizza, just veg pasta choices thats all. We got 2 cruises included which got cancelled later due to sick captain. They should have 2 captains to accommodate this as we ...
Friendly staff and like alwayz in Fiji hotels n most places lol..i like the hotel its closed to many amenties and not too expensive to stay there also only about 20mins to Denarau marina..good hotel to stay
Nice family friendly hotel. Breakfast was OK but need more variety as rice for breakfast is a big no no. Roti with veg curry goes well and not everybody is fond of chicken liver so early in the morning which they have on menu everyday. Reception Staff were very good and eager to help.
Dropped in the South Pacific are the stunning Fiji Islands. Some 330 unspoiled islands make up the archipelago, each promising you a quintessential beach holiday in its own unique way. Fiji has many four-star hotels in a range of beautiful locations so you can choose from laid-back beach breaks on remote islands, cosmopolitan city escapes and relaxing retreats away from the tourist crowds.
The larger islands of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu offer a livelier vibe with high-end restaurants, bars and shops. The capital Suva and the larger towns of Nadi and Lautoka are perfect to spend a few nights acclimatising after your flight and are easy bookend destinations to start or end your four-star stay in Fiji.
The islands are an exciting blend of colours and cultures with an interesting history and the region is famed for the warmth and friendliness of its people. To really immerse in the local culture, head for the outer islands. Besides lounging on picture-perfect white-sand beaches there, you can also visit local villages, swim alongside manta rays and even dive with sharks.
Taveuni Island has several exclusive spa resorts to tempt you, all temptingly close to mountain peaks and tropical jungle, free-flowing wild waterfalls and cooling plunge pools. Look further afield to the Bay of Islands for mushroom rocks that appear to hover over the water. Hire a kayak and explore, before donning a snorkel and fins to see what’s happening below the surface.
To make the most of your time in and around Fiji, plan a multi-stop stay and book four-star hotels to experience as many of the islands as you can. Several small ferries operate in the region and sell hop-on hop-off tickets so you can travel between islands with ease, or you can charter a private boat for each hop. Most four-star hotels in Fiji will be able to arrange tickets and transfers on your behalf so all you need to do is turn up and step aboard.
