The downside was the poor management of this hotel. When we checked in, we had to wait for 1 hour. The place was understaffed and the guy who was checking us in, was serving us drinks and cold towels. There was no one helping us with our luggage and it was left in the rain. I have to say it’s the worse service ever - and the people are nice but how can one person handle 10 peoples job? Overall, I feel poor management is bringing down an awesome location. Our bathroom curtains were frayed, the common bathroom tap at the reception was shaky.
